The Venture 700 is a bag for those venturing into colder climates. It has a 90/10 filling of 700 and offers a comfort rating of -7C with an extreme rating of -12C. In its compression sack it is not bulky and still being light in weight is great for tramping, travel, or adventure trips.

These are the traveler’s choice, designed with three sections and two FlickLocks for maximum packability. Expedition Poles compress down to a stealthy 57 or 62 cm to fit inside duffel bags, ski packs and European rental cars. Other features include ergonomic, dual-density grips, variable-width wrist straps and ¾ Baskets with a toothy front edge for climbing.

With a tradition of reliable performance, Traverse Poles are a backcountry standby. The FlickLock mechanism provides 60 cm of adjustability so you can quickly match the height of your poles to the terrain and conditions. Dual-density grips combine soft, ergonomic shaping with a supportive structure to ensure excellent grip and daylong comfort. Equipped with BD ¾ Baskets.

Equally adept on snow, dirt and rock, the new Contour Elliptic is a strong, versatile, high-mileage pole built for comfortable and secure navigation across variable terrain. Thanks to its elliptic shaft, the pole has twice the fore and aft stiffness of round-shafted poles. For increased comfort, the Contour Elliptic features a 15-degree corrective angle, 360-degree padded webbing, and ergonomic ovalized foam grip. The pole’s dual FlickLock® adjustment is efficient and simple to operate even with gloves on…?in the dark…?in a rainstorm…?with 40-mph wind gusts. On the business end, the pole comes outfitted with Long Flex Tips and easy-to-swap-out trekking and powder baskets for year-round hiking versatility.

The Powder Baskets feature a 100 mm diameter surface for powder with an inner ring of teeth for bite on firm snow.

The Lamina™ 35 (1 degree Celsius) is an excellent choice for damp, cool conditions. Welded layer construction maintains loft in the bag through repeated washings and compression cycles. This comfortable, roomy, mummy cut bag is insulated with ThermicMicro™ fill. Face gasket and Ergo Draft Collar work together to seal in warmth.
